What We Do
A System, Not a Workout
Footie Fit is a data-driven soccer performance development system. We're not a gym, not a speed camp, and not a generic strength class. Everything we do is designed specifically for soccer movement demands — from acceleration and change of direction to safe deceleration and repeat-sprint capacity.
Every athlete starts with testing. Using timing gates, jump testing, agility tracking, and bar-speed technology, we build a complete performance profile before writing a single program. Training is then individualized from those results — not pulled from a template.

3 Ways to Train
1-on-1 Private Training
The fastest path to measurable improvement. Every session starts from your athlete's testing results and targets the specific areas that will make the biggest difference on the field — faster acceleration, stronger change of direction, better durability. Programming is adjusted by position and season, with progress tracked through retesting so you always know where your athlete stands.
Small Group Training
Competition makes athletes better. Small groups of 2–6 athletes get the same individualized coaching and testing-based programming as private sessions — with the added edge of training alongside teammates. Every session follows a structured flow from warm-up through speed, agility, power, and conditioning, periodized across pre-season, in-season, and off-season.
Group Classes
Structured development at every stage. Group classes scale volume and intensity to match your athlete's development level — from building movement quality and coordination in younger athletes to game-speed performance and power development for advanced competitors. Progress is tracked through testing and quarterly reports via Footie Fit+, so improvement is visible, not vague.

Zlatko Hundur
Owner / Coach — CSCS & XPS
Zlatko built the Footie Fit system from firsthand experience — turning the gaps he faced as a player into a structured development model for the next generation. With 10+ years of training experience and a foundation in exercise science, he uses timing gates, jump testing, and bar-speed technology to identify exactly what's limiting your athlete's speed and build a plan to fix it. Every program is periodized by position and season with clear checkpoints, so progress shows up on match day.
Carol Vieira
Coach — CSCS
Carol combines real on-field experience with evidence-based coaching. Originally from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, she played collegiate soccer before earning her B.S. in Exercise Science and is now completing her M.S. in Exercise Physiology at MTSU. She uses baseline testing and performance profiling to target the qualities that decide matches — faster acceleration, safer deceleration, stronger movement, and the conditioning to hold up late in games.
